Who are Cancer Research UK?
Cancer Research UK is probably the most well known cancer charity and widely recognisable as a leader in its field.
Although it seems like they have been around a long time the charity was formed in 2002 when the Imperial Cancer Research Fund merged with The Cancer Research Campaign.
The idea was to share data about cancer and to make a joint effort to help people with cancer and help prevent cancer.
